WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY ?......PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR PARTY DATE IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL. WE DO DELIVER INFLATABLES IN THE RAIN. THE ONLY TIME WE WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR INFLATABLE IS IF WINDS ARE IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH.
how long is the inflatable rental?....... it is an all day rental. front yards we pick up from 7-10pm. backyards we pick up the following day.
Q: what are your delivery windows. A: we offer three delivery windows 1. morning (6:00 am - 10:00 am) 2. late morning (9:00 am - 12:00pm) 3. afternoon (12:00 pm - 2:00pm) important notes: these times refer to delivery and setup, not our rental duration. our team will arrive within the chosen window
